City of Zebulon Announces Finalist for City Administrator

ZEBULON - The City of Zebulon announced today that Ms. Felicia Trammel has been named the sole finalist for the position of City Administrator, following an extensive search and review process.

Ms. Trammel brings many years of experience in the world of municipal government. She has worked for the City of Griffin as an Operations Manager for the last few years. Prior to working with the City of Griffin, she served as the Executive Assistant for the City Manager in Griffin, as well as an Administrative Assistant for Spalding County Parks and Recreation.

Felicia came highly recommended and has the background and experience to warrant it. Her passion for her community is reflected in the reasons she is seeking this position: “The City of Zebulon is where I find myself spending most of my time with my family. My children go to school in Pike County, play sports there, and we call it home. The main reason I am applied for the position is so I can make a difference in the community I call home. I currently put all of my devotion and time in the City I work for which I love, but for it to be a place you call home is so much more.” Felicia’s husband Adam works at the City of Griffin as a police officer. They have four children and reside in Concord.

The Mayor and City Council anticipate finalizing the appointment at their July 8, 2025 regular meeting.
