ZEBULON - Pike County Sheriff's Office Traffic Investigators responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pilkenton Road on November 21, 2015. The single vehicle wreck resulted in the passenger being injured and the driver of the vehicle dying from his injuries.
Ryan Thomas succumbed to his injuries after being ejected from the vehicle and life flighted to Grady hospital. The passenger, Catherine Gandy was also transported by ambulance for treatment.
The investigation continues into the cause of the accident at this time.
