ZEBULON - Employees at United Bank in Zebulon donated 81 gifts to the 27 children in the REACH (Realizing Educational Achievement Can Happen) Program in Concord this Christmas.
REACH Supporter Trisha Dabbs advised that each present under the tree was purchased by a United Bank employee for a child in the REACH program. “The list had 3 suggestions per child; they didn't choose one, they filled them all!”
The United Bank branch in Zebulon also donated $670 to Kiwanis for a gift to our local Senior Center in Zebulon as well as had a canned food drive for the Pike County Christian Outreach Center and sent items overseas to troops in Afghanistan.
