BARNESVILLE - The Blue Knights Chapter XIII is sponsoring a Ride for the Savannah Talley Family on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the VFW in Barnesville located at 361 Old 41 Highway. Registration begins at 9 a.m. with kickstands up at 11 a.m. There will be raffle drawings, corn hole, food, drinks, auction, and lots of family fun.
Savannah Talley, age 8, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at an Atlanta Healthcare facility. You can view Savannah's obituary by clicking here.
Costs for the ride are $25 per rider and $15 per passenger. Other donations will be accepted as well. There will be raffles and giveaways on the day of the ride.
There will be a raffle for Glock single stack 9mm model 43. The gun has been paid for so the winner just has to go to Ed's Gun Store in Henry County to get the gun and pass a background check. Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5. You do not have to be present to win! Contact Chad Moxon at 678-603-5994 for tickets and you can purchase tickets on the day of ride as well.
Felton Lewis is selling $20 tickets for a chance to win a Green Egg or a Yeti Cooler. You can buy your tickets at DB's Pizza in Barnesville or buy your tickets on the day of the ride.
