ZEBULON - A record number of children of all ages squeezed into the J. Joel Edwards Public Library on Saturday, December 15, in hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there. Delightfully surprised by the impressive numbers who still believe in him, Santa provided individual attention and a toy for each child – although he did have to send his elf, Bubba, back to the sleigh several times for more toys.
As a special incentive this year, seven lucky families received door prizes of a family 4-pack of tickets to the Six Flags Holiday event.
