On Saturday, October 17, 2015, Promise Place is hosting its 2nd annual “Run the Ridge” 10K/5K run at Hickory Ridge Golf Course, in Meansville, Georgia. This mountains terrain course provides breathtaking views and is a great family environment! The race begins at 9:00am with registration opening at 7:45am.

Promise Place is a non-profit agency serving victims of domestic violence and their children in Fayette, Pike, Spalding, and Upson counties. Services include emergency shelter, legal advocacy, a 24/7 crisis hotline, teen dating violence prevention education in all area high schools and local support groups.
