CONCORD - On March 27, 2025 at 11:42 p.m. Amy Melissa Garner Smith, age 52 from Concord, was pulled over at Hwy 18 and Robert’s Quarters Road in Concord by a deputy from the Pike County Sheriff’s Office.
She was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI-Alcohol-Misdemeanor), Driving with No License on Person, Lighted Headlights Required at Certain Times, Open Container in Vehicle, and Unsafe Operation of Radio or Telephone and booked into the Pike County Jail.
Smith is currently employed in the Pike County School System. Photo and information obtained through several open records requests to the Pike County Sheriff's Office.
