ZEBULON - This is an update to the operations for the Pike County Tax Commissioner's office. We have been closed for the past several weeks to the public (face to face). We have been processing mail, documents in the drop box, and web renewals.
On Monday, April 27, 2020, we plan to open to the public to process titles by appointment only. We will only allow the person(s) that the title is assigned to on the back to come into our office. The appointments will be made for title processing only and this will be our process for the next 2 weeks. Hopefully by then we will be able to reassess the situation with this Covid-19 and continue to progress to getting our office back to normal.
Please do not make an appointment if you have been exposed to the virus, have a fever, or exhibit any other symptoms of the virus. This procedure is all about keeping our community safe as well as our employees.
To schedule and appoint, please call us at 770-567-2001. Please remain in your vehicle when you get here. We will call you when we are ready for you to come in. If you miss your appointment time, you will have to reschedule. We will be disinfecting after each person leaves our office.
Please continue to utilize the mail, our drop box, and the state's website (eservices.drives.ga.gov) to renew tags. You can utilize the mail, our drop box and the property tax payment website (pikecountypay.com) to make payments on property tax.
