To the citizens of Pike County,
It has always been an honor for me to serve as your Clerk of Superior Court and I’m asking that you allow me to serve for another term. Your official records are important to me. I take the responsibility and liability seriously and will continue to run a professional and efficient office.
I have been serving on the Georgia Superior Court Training Council for 5 years and help train new clerks. As such I’m capable of training my employees as the new laws and rules apply. My employees have been cross trained so that everyone knows all the jobs and can fill in. They are competent and it shows by the years of service they have provided. One has 15 years, two have 14 years and one has 3 years experience. This kind of training is both efficient in time and money. I always consider the cost to the county of anything this office does. This is your tax dollars at work.
The Pike County Clerk’s Office is functioning as one of the best in the State of Georgia. We are technologically advanced and continue to stay on top of new technology to provide you with the best and up to date information and access to records. In doing this, I continue to work with other state agencies to perform at top notch service to you.
I am available 24 -7 to you. I have meetings with legislators, judges and others but if I’m away, my staff has my cell phone to contact me or give it to anyone who needs it. I’m often called when I’m in training with questions and that is fine because it is availability 24 – 7.
