MEANSVILLE - It’s that time of year once again for your favorite way to save money, Boy Scouts of America’s Camp Card. With your $5.00 donation you will receive discounts at some of your favorite places to shop!
This card more than pays for itself, in some cases the very first time that you use it. But this isn’t an opportunity to only save money, your donation will be helping a Boy Scout from Troop 37 to earn their way to exciting learning adventure.
Just this year alone our young men are planning trips that include: Camp Thunder, our very own local summer camp where they will learn vital camping and survival tools; Sea Base Camp, a unique adventure where they will learn firsthand how to operate and survive sailing out on the open waters of the Caribbean; and the 2019 Spring Camp-O-Ree, hosted by Warner Robins Air Force Base.
We have all counties within our Council available: Pike, Upson, Lamar, Henry, Butts, Coweta, Spalding, and Fayette, and you can buy a card from each of the counties if you want! Please help us in making these experiences possible by contacting us today at our Facebook page, Troop 37. You can also contact Scout Master Pendley by phone at 229-254-4758
