BREAKING NEWS: Traffic Investigators Investigating Fatal Accident on Kings Bridge Road

WILLIAMSON - According to Major David Neal of the Pike County Sheriff's Office, Traffic Investigators are on the scene of a fatal accident on Kings Bridge Road.

A paving crew member was struck and killed by a piece of equipment during the road improvement project currently taking place.

All traffic is being diverted from this area until the roadway investigation is completed. The name of the deceased is not being released at this time.

UPDATE 10.13.16:

Michael Moore, 52 years of age, from Forest Park is being identified as the person killed on Kings Bridge Road two days ago. Mr. Moore was killed after being struck with an asphalt paver during the repaving project on this road.
