ZEBULON - On July 2, 2021 Sgt. C. Morris, while conducting aggressive criminal enforcement in the area of Hwy 19 South and Gwynn St in Zebulon GA, noticed the driver of a gold in color Ford Ranger travelling south bound violating the GA Handsfree law.
After conducting a traffic stop and subsequent investigation pertaining to possible possession of marijuana. Sgt. Morris and another Zebulon PD officer were able to locate approximately 6.6 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle.
The Zebulon Police Department is aggressively working to combat the criminal element from not only bringing these types of crimes into our city, but also ensuring they do not use our roadways as a thoroughfare to other parts of our state and into our county.
