ZEBULON - On Wednesday April 27, officers with the Zebulon Police Department responded to a theft call at 11 Williamson Zebulon Road at Middle Georgia Water. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that several water pumps had been stolen from this business.
Joshua Caraway, age 35 from Thomaston, was arrested and charged with Theft by Taking. A pump was recovered from a pawn shop in Thomaston and several pumps and other items were recovered from Mr. Caraway's residence in Thomaston.
