ZEBULON - On November 11, 2015 an Officer with the Zebulon Police Department stopped a 2008 BMW traveling north on Highway 19. Upon stopping the vehicle the officer did detect an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
The driver, who was identified as a Joseph Malik Harris age 21 of Fayetteville, Georgia, gave consent to search his vehicle and a 1/2 pound of marijuana was recovered in a brown bag in the trunk of the vehicle.
