ZEBULON - The Pike County Retired Educators held a pre-planning session Tuesday, August 26th at the J. Joel Edwards Public Library.

We were honored to be able to dedicate our 2024-2025 scrapbook to the Pike County Historical Society. We would like to thank Mrs. Cora Shackelford for attending and accepting our donation.

Mrs. Marsha Graves does an amazing job organizing our year long history of events. Our book was taken to the State Convention in Augusta and was considered one of the best. Marsha is like an artist with her meticulous organization.

Please stop by the Pike County Historical Society and see what our organization is about. If you have ever worked in any capacity in the education field, please join our local unit. We would love to have you.
