BREAKING NEWS: November 2025 Election Results
100% Reporting - Incomplete and Unofficial

ZEBULON - This is the results from the November 4, 2025 election. There are three Municipal General Election Races and two Special Election Public Service Commission races on the ballot.

Of the 16,323 registered voters in Pike County, 2,501 cast their vote in this election. This was a 15.32% turnout.

There were contested elections in Williamson and Zebulon with an uncontested election in Concord.

Molena also had a vote on the ballot concerning a requirement of fluoride in the water.

Everyone in the county was able to vote on two Public Service Commission seats on the state level.

The results will be official on Monday. There were no provisional ballots.


WILLIAMSON CITY COUNCIL POST 2

Chris Gordon (Challenger) - 94 - 48.21%
Bobby Harrison, Jr. (Incumbent) - 101 - 51.79%

WILLIAMSON CITY COUNCIL POST 3

Tom Brown (Incumbent) - 78 - 40.41%
John Smithson (Challenger) - 115 - 59.59%

ZEBULON CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT 1 POST 1

Rufus Clemmons, Jr. - 64 - 81.01%
Sarah Beth Mohammed - 15 - 18.99%

ZEBULON CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT 2 POST 2

Chad Morris (Challenger) - 55 - 44.00%
Anthony Mark Nalls (Incumbent) - 42 - 33.60%
Dewey Yarbrough (Challenger) - 28 - 22.40%

Chad Morris is the winner of this race. Thank you to Mark Nalls and Dewey Yarbrough for being willing to serve. [Note from the Editor: Pike County Times was advised that there will not be a runoff. Whoever got the most votes is the winner of this race according to their city legislation.]


Molena

Molena residents are voting on whether they want to remove their city from the requirement of flouride in the city water: "Shall the City of Molena remove itself from the requirement to fluoridate the water supply for the City of Molena as required by OCGA 12-5-175?" Click here to read the law.

Yes - 32 - 58.18%
No - 23 - 41.82%

Residents of Molena have removed the city from the requirement of water for city water.


Concord

Concord has three seats up for election that only had one person qualify for each office.

The mayoral seat currently held by John Strickland had one person to qualify: Incumbent John Strickland. Council Post 1 currently held by W. Paul Leslie had one person to qualify: Incumbent William Paul Leslie, Sr. Council Post 2 currently held by Melissa G. Turgeon had one person to qualify: Stuart Gregg.


PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSIONER - DISTRICT 2

Tim Echols (Incumbent, Republican) - 1,890 - 76.27%
Alicia M. Johnson (Challenger, Democrat) - 588 - 23.73%

PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSIONER - DISTRICT 3

Fitz Johnson (Incumbent, Republican) - 1,880 - 75.93%
Peter Hubbard (Challenger, Democrat) - 596 - 24.07%
