BREAKING NEWS: Official Runoff Results from the December 3, 2019 3rd District Commission Election

ZEBULON - These are the results from December 3, 2019 Runoff election. There are 3,192 registered voters eligible to vote for Jerome Finley and Jason Proctor for 3rd District County Commissioner. 250 voters cast their votes. [Note from the Editor: These results were checked and changed from unofficial to official on December 4, 2019.]

2nd District had 1,149 eligible voters. Of that number, 22 voters cast their votes.
Jerome Finley - 3
Jason Proctor - 19

There were 3,192 eligible voters in the 3rd District. Of that number, 4 voters cast their votes absentee by mail.
Jerome Finley - 2
Jason Proctor - 2

There were 3,192 eligible voters in the 3rd District. Of that number, 86 voters cast their votes absentee in person.
Jerome Finley - 40
Jason Proctor - 46

Zebulon had 376 eligible voters. Of that number, 16 voters cast their votes.

Jason Proctor - 4

Meansville had 1,275 eligible voters. Of that number, 103 voters cast their votes.

Lifsey Springs had 392 eligible voters. Of that number, 19 voters cast their votes.

Totals are as follows:
Jerome Finley - 121 votes with 48.40% of the vote.
Jason Proctor - 129 votes with 51.60% of the vote.

8 votes separated these two candidates with a 7.83% turnout.
