By Editor Becky Watts

CONCORD - Deputies responded to a report of a bank robbery this afternoon in Concord at the First Bank of Pike.

The suspect in the pictures presented a note to the teller demanding money. The note inferred that he possessed a weapon and would use it.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash from the bank. Pike County Times confirmed that no one was hurt at the bank.

Investigators are working the case and have collected evidence from the scene.

Anyone with information can call an investigator at 770-567-8431. The public can leave an anonymous tip with investigators as well.
