d. Approve/Deny SUB-20-09- Fletcher Dunn, Owner/Applicant, is requesting concurrent preliminary and final plat approval of a major subdivision. The proposed major subdivision is before the board because it is the second split from a parent parcel within a 3-year period. Property Location: No address assigned, Hollonville Road, Land lot: 250, District 1, Parcel ID: 040-016B. Acreage 62.25 acres. Commission District 1, Commissioner Timmy Daniel.

e. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input on final action regarding Resolution to Consider the Abandonment of an Unused Portion of Williams Drive.

h. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding REZ-20-02 – Owner, Joe Lisicia, and applicant, Dietta Peter are requesting a rezoning of property 15049 US Hwy 19 from A-R, with a special exception to operate as an event center to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial. The subject property is in Land lot 105 of the 2nd Land District of Pike County and is further defined as Parcel Number 074-096.The subject property is 10.075 acres in size. Applicant will be the new owner of the property and wishes to expand operations as a full-time event center not just limited to weddings.

i. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding SE-20-05 – Gregg Family Partnership, owner, and AT & T c/o Baker Donelson, applicant, are requesting permission via special exception to construct and install a new telecommunications tower located on Parcel ID 025-036. The subject property is zoned A-R, Agricultural Residential and is in Land lot 181 of the 1st Land District of Pike County. The subject property is 119.72 acres in size. It has approximately 340 feet of road frontage along Hwy 362, approximately 2,755 feet of road frontage along Gregg Rd, approximately 2,168 feet of road frontage along Irish Hill Rd, and approximately 1,700 feet of road frontage along Concord Rd.

j. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding MOD-SE-17-03 – USC Timber Holdings, LLC, owner, and Madden Solar Center, LLC, applicant, are requesting a modification to Special Exception application SE-17-03. The current special exception allowed a utility scale solar farm on a portion of the 1671-acre property with conditions. The request for modification wishes to incorporate those same conditions and increase the overall size of the project from 304,000 solar panels to 451,600 solar panels. The subject property is in Land lots 184, 169 and 166 of the 9th Land District of Pike County. The total property spans the following Parcel ID’s: 031-003A, 031-004, and 031-012. The subjec property has approximately 9,300 feet of road frontage along Hwy 18, approximately 4,930 feet of road frontage along Flat Shoals Rd, approximately 4,000 feet of road frontage along Madden Bridge Rd.
