a. Approve/Deny SUB-20-04-Cedars and Pines, LLC., owner and Steve Reeves, applicant are requesting a preliminary plat approval for a 46 lot major subdivision with interior streets, private septic systems, and public water. The subject property is zoned A-R and has been previously used as a golf course. The proposed subdivision will consist of 46 lots ranging in size from 3 acres to 7.26 acres in size and does not lie within a flood plain. Property Location: No address assigned, Reidsboro Road, Land Lots 194, 195, 222, 223 and 226. District 1, Parcel ID: 052-041. Acreage 188.85. Commission District 4, Commissioner James Jenkins.
