a. Seal Coating of Wellington and Whitfield Subdivisions.

9. NEW BUSINESS

a. Approve/deny two appointments to the Pike County Board of Assessors to fill a term beginning July 1, 2020, set to expire December 31, 2025. Applicants have met criteria.

b. Consider use of Courthouse Grounds from Charles Steck to use front steps of Courthouse for Bible Reading Marathon on July 14, 2020 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m.

c. Consider use of Courthouse Grounds from Bryan Richardson of Pike County American Legion Post 197 on September 11, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. for the Patriot Day Observance Program.

d. Consider use of Courthouse Grounds from Bryan Richardson of Pike County American Legion Post 197 on November 11, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for the Veterans Day Observance Program.

e. Approve/deny bid for concrete for Concord Fire Station.

f. Authorize Chairman Johnson to sign the contract between Three Rivers Regional Commission and Pike County to provide public transportation.

g. Discussion of Development Authority committed funds.

h. Approve/deny the final adoption of the FY 2020-2021 Budget.

i. Authorize Chairman Johnson and Interim County Manager Brandon Rogers to execute the FY 2020 - 2021 Budget documentation, to include, but not limited to, advertising pertinent dates, and all incorporated motions made as of this date, June 30, 2020.

10. PUBLIC COMMENT

a. David Allen to address the Board regarding the 2020 Bill of Taxes.

b. Randall Moss to address the Board regarding Juries.

c. Carl Swenson to address the Board regarding Juries.

11. EXECUTIVE SESSION

a. Chairman J. Briar Johnson requests Executive Session for discussion or deliberation on the appointment, employment, compensation, hiring, disciplinary action or dismissal, or periodic evaluation or rating of a county officer or employee as provided in O.C.G.A. § 50-14-3(b)(2) germane to the County Manager position, Administrative Personnel and Potential Litigation.
