a. Approve/deny one appointment to the Pike County Agribusiness Authority to fill an unexpired three- year term, set to expire March 31, 2019. Applicant has met criteria.

b. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding SUB-18-03 – Phillip and Margaret Yancey, property owners, and Rod Wright Corp, applicant, are requesting preliminary plat approval for a new 5 tract subdivision on 11.06 acres, with lots fronting Bottoms Road. The parent tract is zoned R-15 (Single Family Residential), with approximately 1758 feet of frontage along the southern side of Bottoms Road. The subject property is located in Land Lot 110 of the 9th Land District of Pike County, Georgia. The parent tract is further identified as Tax Map Parcel Number 042 027 B.
