a. Consider one appointment to J. Joel Edwards Library Board to fill an unexpired three year term, set to expire August 31, 2021. Applicant has met criteria.

b. Approve/Deny MOA between Pike County and Mike Powell with Family Connections.

c. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding SE-19-04 – Applicant/Owner Kris Cochran is requesting permission via special exception to operate an automotive (tractor trailer/truck) repair facility within the US 41 Overlay District. The property located at 2141 US Hwy 41, Griffin, GA.
Action: Discuss/Approve/Deny

d. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding REZ-19-01 – Owner JoAnn Matthews; and Applicant Shane Matthews are requesting to rezone a 2.55 acre portion of a 6.04 acre parent tract of land from A-R, Agricultural-Residential, to C-2, General Commercial, for the purpose of creating a gymnastics school. The property is located in Land Lot 155 of the 2nd district of Pike County, GA. The parent tract of land is further identified as Parcel ID: 087-041.
Action: Discuss/Approve/Deny

e. Consider one of the outlined options for the new contract period with Grady EMS, beginning in July 2019. •1-24/7 ALS Transport Ambulance and 1-12/7 ALS Transport Ambulance
Subsidy: $250,000

•1-24/7 ALS Transport Ambulance, 1-12/7 ALS Transport Ambulance and 1-12/7 Quick Response Vehicle (QRV). The QRV would be on duty at night when the 12 transport hour unit is off duty.
Subsidy: $350,000

•2-24/7 ALS Transport Ambulances
Subsidy: $500,000
