8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

a. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding REZ-21-06. H. Ray Grizzard, owner and applicant is requesting to rezone property located at 10605 US Highway 19, Zebulon GA 30295. The subject property has 1.52+/-acres and is located in Landlot 33 in the 2nd Land District of Pike County. It is further defined as Parcel ID 065 034. Applicant and owner are requesting the property to be rezoned from C-2 General Commercial to C-3 Heavy Commercial to allow for the construction of mini warehouses. Commission District 4, Commissioner James Jenkins.
Action: Discuss/Approve/Deny

9. NEW BUSINESS

a. Consider one appointment to the Pike County Family and Children Services Board to fill an unexpired five-year term, set to expire December 31, 2024. Applicant has met criteria.

b. Approve/deny MOA between Pike County and Mike Powell with Family Connections.

c. Elect member of the governing body to the Comprehensive Plan 2022-2042 Steering Committee.

d. Approve/deny the amended and restated ACCG Defined Contribution Plan Adoption Agreement and Resolution.

e. Authorize the use of ARPA funds for waterline at Peachstate Airpark Phase II.
