a. Consider one appointment to the McIntosh Trail Community Service Board to fill an unexpired three-year term, set to expire December 31, 2022. Applicant has met criteria.

b. Consider use of Courthouse Grounds from Patricia Beckham with Concerned Citizens of Pike County and NAACP Pike County Branch for Juneteenth Celebration on June 25, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (NOTE: This date is if inclement weather on original celebration date of June 19, 2022)

c. Approve/deny issuance of alcohol license (Pouring – beer and wine) for Stacy Johnston, J2 Hospitality LLC d/b/a Slices Pizzeria, 421 Plaza Drive, Zebulon, GA 30295. Applicant has met criteria.

d. Approve/deny the recommendation to increase Pike County mileage rate for business miles driven from the current 56 cents per mile to the IRS standard of 58.5 cents per mile.

e. Discussion on accepting Special Purpose Grant from One Georgia Authority.

f. Discussion of Watering Hole Pass right-of-way exchange.

g. Approve/deny SUB-22-02 - Brenda D Ballard, owner and Southern Cousins Properties, LLC, applicant are requesting a major 7-lot subdivision (Caldwell Estates). The applicant is requesting concurrent preliminary and final plat approval. Property Location: 1823 Caldwell Road, Zebulon, GA. 30295. Land Lots: 94 & 95. Land District: 2nd. Parcel ID: 076 083. h. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding REZ-21-01. Richard Hatchett, owner and Dustin Shaw, applicant. The applicant and owner are requesting the property to be rezoned from A-R Agricultural-Residential to R-20 Single Family Residential to allow 18 new single family residential lots in the Oak Grove Subdivision. 11. EXECUTIVE SESSION

a. County Attorney Rob Morton requests Executive Session for discussion or deliberation on the appointment, employment, compensation, hiring, disciplinary action or dismissal, or periodic evaluation or rating of a public officer or employee or interviewing applicants for the position of the executive head of an agency, as provided in O.C.G.A. § 50-14-3(b)(2), germane to personnel.
