REGULAR BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MONTHLY MEETING

Town Hall Meeting at 8:45 a.m.

ZEBULON - The Pike County Board of Commissioners will meet in the upper courtroom of the courthouse on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. for a regularly scheduled meeting. There will be a Town Hall Meeting at 8:45 a.m. for anyone who would like to speak to the commissioners about any issues that you may have.

The Pike County Board of Commissioners has its own YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/@pikecoga where citizens can watch the meetings both in real time and after the meeting to catch up on county business. Thank you to the Commissioners for providing this service to Pike County citizens.

a. Authorize the Chairman to sign the de-obligation letter for the completed Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project, to be submitted to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA).

b. ACCG Retirement Services Governmental 401 (a) and 457 (b) Plan Sponsors revised fee schedule effective July 1, 2026.

c. Flat Shoals Energy Center Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

d. Discussion of the Health Benefits Request for Proposals (RFPs).

11. EXECUTIVE SESSION

a. County Manager Rob Morton requests an Executive Session for discussion or deliberation on the appointment, employment, compensation, hiring, disciplinary action or dismissal, or periodic evaluation or rating of a public officer or employee or interviewing applicants for the position of the executive head of an agency, as provided in O.C.G.A. § 50-14-3(b)(2), germane to personnel. b. County Manager Rob Morton request Executive Session for consultation with the county attorney, or other legal counsel, to discuss pending or potential litigation, settlement, claims, administrative proceedings, or other judicial actions brought or to be brought by or against the county or any officer or employee or in which the county or any officer or employee may be directly involved as provided in O.C.G.A. § 50-14-2(1), germane to pending or potential litigation.
