a. Approve/deny - Per Code Section 157.06 (D)(2), Bruce Moody is seeking a waiver of the required residential impact fee for a manufactured home that he would like to place on his property on Kings Road, based on an ongoing financial hardship.

b. Approve/deny an additional $1560.00 from the Recreation Impact Fees for the Baseball Press Box Renovation Project.

c. Approve/deny the Intergovernmental Agreement between Pike County and Meansville.
