a. Consider use of Courthouse Grounds from Dan Dunnahoo with Pike County Arts Council for an Art Walk on March 26, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

b. Consider use of Courthouse Grounds from Bryan Richardson with Pike County American Legion Post 197 for Pike County Memorial Day Observance Program on May 30, 2022, from 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

c. Consider use of Courthouse Grounds from Patricia Beckham with Concerned Citizens of Pike County and NAACP Pike County Branch for Juneteenth Celebration on June 19, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

d. Approve/deny FY 2021-2022 Budget Amendments Resolution and authorize Chairman Johnson to sign.

e. Adoption of Tax Levy Resolution on behalf of the Pike County Board of Education and the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds.

f. Approve/deny Impact Fee reduction request from Trademark Quality Homes for “The Reserve at Reidsboro” project.

g. SUB-22-01 – Leigh Ann Minter, owner and Tricia Gwyn applicant are requesting a major 8-lot subdivision (Cedars South). The applicant is requesting concurrent preliminary and final plat approval. Property Location: No Address Assigned. Southwest corner of Highway 19 S at Rose Hill Road., Meansville, GA. 30256. Land Lot: 213. Land District: 8th. Parcel ID: 071 059. Acreage: 76.89 acres. Commission District: 3 Commissioner: Jason Proctor. FEMA Data: Does not lie within a flood zone.
