ZEBULON - There will be a regular meeting of the Pike County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 9 a.m. along with a Town Hall Meeting that begins at 8:45 a.m. in which any citizen can address the commissioners without getting on an agenda prior to the meeting.

a. Approve/deny the 2nd Reading of the Liquor by Drink Ordinance.

9. NEW BUSINESS

a. Consider request from Ben Maxedon of Prayer Power of Georgia to use the courthouse grounds on Thursday, May 7, 2015 for National Day of Prayer from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

b. Consider one appointment to the Pike County Board of Appeals to fill a three-year term, set to expire November 25, 2017. Applicant has met criteria.

c. Approve/deny the First reading of text amendment to Chapter 91, Animal Control Ordinance, to add Section 91.10, Confiscation of Classified Dogs, and Section 91.11, Impoundment Facility, plus the necessary correction of typographical errors and the clarification of certain provisions within the Ordinance.

d. Approve/deny to purchase Repeater for the radio transmitter for $7638.00 with funds from the Sheriff’s Department Impact Fees.
