a. PUBLIC HEARING: To discuss the activities of the County’s Community Development Block Grant Program.

b. Accept the Statement of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) award and authorize Chairman to sign.

c. Required documents for CDBG project:
1. Chairman to sign Statement of General Conditions.
2. Chairman to sign Statement of Special Conditions.
3. Adopt the Language Access Plan for the 2023 CDBG project and Chairman to sign.
4. Chairman to sign Certified Assurances.
5. Approve (3) authorized signatories to sign the drawdown request form and Chairman to sign.
6. Chairman to sign Statement of Revisions.

d. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding an ordinance adopting the Pike County Unified Development Code (UDC) and the Pike County Official Zoning Map in accordance with O.C.G.A. Title 36, Chapter 66, Zoning Procedures Law and to repeal certain chapters of the current Pike County Code of Ordinances
