BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

Town Hall Meeting at 6:15 p.m.

ZEBULON - The Pike County Board of Commissioners will meet in the upper courtroom of the courthouse on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 – 6:30 p.m. for a regularly scheduled meeting. There will be a Town Hall Meeting at 6:15 p.m. for anyone who would like to speak to the commissioners about any issues that you may have.

b. Approve/deny the proposed amendment to the existing Memorandum of Agreement between the University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc. Carl Vinson Institute of Government and Pike County, Georgia.

c. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding Text Amendment to multiple articles of the Unified Development Code to add regulations and requirements for Data Centers.

d. APPLICATION HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN
PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding REZ-25-12 Jason Betsill Owner, and Applicant request a Rezoning from AR (Residential Agricultural) to RR (Rural Residential) for property located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Campground Road and Georgia Highway 18, Zebulon, GA., 30295, in Land Lots 123 & 124 of the 8th Land District, further identified as Parcel ID: 092 017. The property consists of 182.751+/- Acres and the request is to rezone the property for the purpose of constructing a 43-lot Single-Family Subdivision. Commission District 3. Commissioner Ken Pullin.

Public Notice: Rezoning Application Withdrawal From Tonight's Pike County Commission Agenda

The agenda item for Rezoning Application REZ-25-12 concerning 182.751 acres located at Campground Road/Highway 18 (Land Lots 123 & 124), previously scheduled for a Public Hearing before the Board of Commissioners tonight, November 25, 2025, has been withdrawn.

The County has received a formal withdrawal request from the applicant.

As a result: The rezoning request will not be heard at tonight’s meeting. No further action will be taken on this application at this time. The public hearing and consideration of this rezoning request are officially withdrawn. We appreciate the community’s attention and understanding regarding this matter.
