b. Approve/deny renewal of alcohol license (Retail Sales – beer) for Jack Park, Jr. d/b/a The Cedars Golf Course, 13080 Hwy. 18 West, Zebulon, GA. Applicant has met criteria.

c. Approve/deny the 2021 Holiday Schedule.

Property Location: No address assigned; DJP Hills Subdivision, Pine Valley Road Meansville, GA 30256. Land Lot 138 of the 8th Land District. Parcel ID: 094-004. Acreage:138 acres.
