c. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding SE-21-10. Dan Rise, owner and applicant is requesting permission via special exception to operate a general home occupation located at property on North Madden Bridge Road, Molena, GA 30258. The subject property is further identified as Parcel ID: 033 002 G. It consists of 14.54 acres of land and has approximately 536 feet of frontage along North Madden Bridge Road. The nature of the proposed general home occupation is a pool service and maintenance business. Commission District: 2, Commissioner: Tim Guy.

d. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public input regarding SE-21-11.
