d. Consider Special Exception refund in the amount of $200.00.

e. Consider request for tax refund for Hazel Lee in the amount of $1,063.04.

f. Approve/deny Resolution to set Qualifying Fees for 2022 County Elections.

g. Approve/deny for the sale of surplus personal property on GovDeals.

h. Approve/deny contract between Board of Assessors and Traylor Business Services, Inc. related to personal property verification program.

County Attorney Rob Morton requests Executive Session for consultation with the County Attorney, or other legal counsel, to discuss pending or potential litigation, settlement, claims, administrative proceedings, or other judicial actions brought or to be brought by or against the county or any officer or employee or in which the county or any officer or employee may be directly involved, as provided in O.C.G.A. §50-14-2(1), germane to potential litigation.
