2024 Economic Summit Featuring Chris Clark, President of the Georgia Chamber - February 26, 2024

ZEBULON - The Pike County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce Chris Clark, President of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, as the headliner for the 2024 Economic Summit. The summit will take place on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at Christ Chapel in Zebulon, and is open to all interested citizens.

Admission is $20 for chamber members and $25 for non-members and includes a taco bar lunch courtesy of Pedro’s.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear Chris Clark speak about the future of workforce development for businesses and educators in the coming decade.

About Chris Clark, President and CEO of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce

A Georgia native, Chris Clark, has served as the President and CEO of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce since 2010. Chris previously served as Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Executive Director of the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority and as Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Economic Development among other positions. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and Georgia College and State University.

For over a century the Georgia Chamber has focused on advocacy for free enterprise, policy development, business and economic development, events and engagement opportunities and provides numerous Chamber Services for small businesses like it’s 401k Plan and SMART health insurance plans. Today the Georgia Chamber represents over 50,000 members in 159 counties and works with 161 local and binational chambers every day. The Chamber operates offices in Atlanta, Tifton, and Brunswick.

Chris serves on a variety of boards and as a Trustee of Georgia College and State University. He is the author of The CEO Imperative, published in 2023, a book that encourages executives to bring their faith and values into their communities and businesses.

Chris and his wife, Tiffany, and their son, Christian, live in Peachtree City and attend Dogwood Church.
